Terms and conditions for registering in our training programs:

We welcome you to Cambridge International Training College , and in order for us to provide the best training service to you, we ask you to review the academy’s terms and conditions and agree to them before completing the registration steps, within the framework of regulating the rights and duties related to registration in our training programs.
– Each course has a minimum number of participants so that the academy can start the training program immediately, and when the minimum number of participants is reached, the start date of the course is determined.
Registration in our training programs means the academy’s commitment to providing the required training services to you, and providing a copy of the academic material.
– If a start date for the course is not specified within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of payment, the trainee has the right to recover his full payment, or wait until the number is complete, or transfer those fees to another training program, and the refund process will be done with the same payment method.
– If the start date of the training program is determined, the trainee is not entitled at that time and under any circumstances to withdraw from the training program or receive a refund of any fees paid.
– In courses in which the study is conducted online, the trainee’s attendance is calculated based on his actual presence at the time of the lecture. The trainee must also interact with the lecturer as a basic condition for proving attendance.
– The training certificate is issued at the end of the training program, with the same name shown in the identity document.
* The trainee is not entitled to obtain a training course certificate in the following cases:
• Failure to meet the attendance rate of 80% of the total number of hours of the training program.
• Failure to pay the full training program expenses.
• Do not interact with the lecturer during the presented activity if the training program requires it.
• The trainee received a negative evaluation from the lecturer throughout the training period.
– The expenses mentioned on the website do not include the costs of shipping certificates.
The foreign certificates and accreditations that we provide with our training programs are issued by foreign training centers and are not issued by foreign universities or colleges.
