The entry requirements are flexible and are based on a candidate’s demonstrated academic aptitude, and experience and the assessment of the benefits that he/she is likely to gain from the program.

The admission decision will be final. Cambridge College reserves the right to adjust its admission criteria from time to time.

The Admissions Department is responsible for interpreting admission criteria and may impose other conditions that must be met before the final acceptance decision.

1. Admissions – Registration Process:

To join one of our programmes, each student should:

– Fill out the registration form online.

– Attend the call interview and a second interview with the academic advisor (if needed).

– Submit an application form and pay the tuition fee.

Registration letter:

After completing all of the registration stages, the new student will receive a registration letter via email two working days from the registration date.

2. Requests

All applicant requests should be sent via email to: info@cambridgecolleg-int.uk.

Otherwise, no requests will not be considered.

3. Schedule

Students will receive the schedule via email at least 10 working days before the start date.

4. Material

• Online Classes:

– The book, booklet and PPT for each module will be sent with the schedule in the same email.

– A Zoom link to recorded sessions is sent via email following each session.

– URL link may be sent via email as supporting material. (Not mandatory).

 – Online students are not entitled to receive hard copy materials.

If a student wishes to have his/her material in hard form, an additional price will be charged.

• Offline classes:

– The book and booklet are handed out within the first session. If any delay occurs in delivering the books, the admissions team will provide students with a soft copy of the material via email.

– The PPT will be sent with the schedule in the same email.

– There is no session record for class-based courses. Online material is restricted to students attending online.

5. Attendance:

– T Attendance is mandatory for all students in each session. Attendance will be recorded during each session, and any absences will result in a deduction from the module’s final score.

– Each student is required to sign the attendance sheet before entering the session. Failure to sign the attendance sheet will be considered as an absence for that session.

– In the event of an emergency or a health problem, students should send an email before the session describing their circumstances. In such instances, the student will receive half of their attendance grade.

– Students should adhere to the assigned schedule (time and group).

– Changing classes is not allowed once the schedule is communicated.

– Students have one week after the exam deadline to take the exam.

Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of their examination.

– While some students may request to attend more than one module, the admissions department reserves the right to confirm or deny such requests. This decision depends on factors such as class capacity and student commitment.

Students should be aware that such requests may result in a gap between modules in the long term.

– Students who are registered as a group (such as through corporate deals or with friends) and exceed three students should be aware that they may not be placed in the same group.

The admissions department will check available class capacities and proceed accordingly.

6. Study deferral:

– It is not allowed to defer study after class starts.

– Each student can defer his/her studies for a maximum of 3 consecutive months.

– If the study is deferred students should be aware that the program duration will be extended. Additionally, they may be joining a different class/group according to availability.

7. Participation:

Lecturers/tutors are entitled to ask questions, assign coursework, and request projects to evaluate student performance. It is expected that students are proactive and submit their coursework, assignments, and projects on time. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from the participation score, which could affect the overall score.

8. Examination:

The examination is mandatory for all students. Students who do not take the exam will not be able to pass the module.

• Online:

The examination will be sent within 7 days from the last session and should be completed within 3 days. The deadline is always shared with students via email.

• 2. Offline:

The examination will be conducted in the exam room, and details including exam descriptions and deadlines will be communicated via email.
The online exam is only available to class-based students who have confirmed health problems.

9. Evaluation:

• Online and class-based programmes:
The final score of the module is calculated as follows:

− Attendance: 40%

− Participation: 40%

− Examination: 20%

• Self-study programme
For this type of programme, the final score of the module is based on the examination only.

• Student feedback:

To help us maintain our high standards, the quality department sends surveys to students after each module. students are required to complete all surveys and report any concerns related to tutors, course material, attendance, etc. This will allow for prompt resolution of any issues that arise.

10. Ethics and good

behaviour:

Any inappropriate behaviour, including shouting, the use of inappropriate language, harassment, bullying, theft, abuse of equipment, etc., will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Such behaviour will result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension from attending a course, a program, the college premises, or permanent expulsion.
